1954: We started building roads.
Our works allowed the connection between Aurelia (ancient Roman road) and the
Ligurian hinterland.
1958: First houses and first condominiums.
1966: Building up of Hotels in the Ligurian Coast.
1968: We urbanized areas in Sardinia.
1983 (on). We specialized in building "houses for vacation" at the seaside
In Bordighera and San Remo at first, later, in 1985, in Courmayeur (close to the Mont
Blanc, Italian mountainside).
1993 (on), in Haute Savoie, with the spectacle offered by the frame of
the French Alps and of Mont Blanc.
2007: We started developing residential apartments in Switzerland.

From Acqui Terme (province of Alessandria – Piedmont Region), an equidistant crossroad between Milan, Genoa and Turin, Gruppo Benzi has been building, capitalizing and managing properties for over 50 years.
Being present both on domestic and foreigner markets, we stand ouy by our prestige location.
Prestige that was oriented by our building sites, including Chamonix and Lugano, and by the tangible quality of our accomplishments.
